Aja have commenced marketing the Robograder in the UK for Fixed Weight Retail Pre Pack Weighing of poultry potions, meat cuts and fish fillets and steaks.

RoboGrader offers a level of automation and Give Away control previously not available to fresh food packers. The potential for significantly reducing manning levels and minimising Give Away is considerable.

Typically a RoboGrader 300 with 3 robotic arms can pack directly into trays at up to 60 packs per minute with sub 1% Give Away. The sophisticated Gripper can handle a wide range of raw material and present it into a tray within 2 -3 mm in any orientation.
