Aja have responded to the demands from the food industry for machine compatibility and standardisation of operating system by launching the new CS C80 high speed  Checkweigher with Windows XP operating system. The C80 is true PC based machine to give total operator familiarity and absolute compatibility with factory floor and management IT systems. The front end is a user friendly operator interface. The front end is a user friendly rugged 17” touchscreen with simple navigation for ease of operation by the less computer literate operators.

Designed for the rigors of the food industry the CS C80 is  a truely rugged machine which will perform trouble free in the toughest of hostile environments. Fully washdown abricated in stainless steel with a simple fully open waterproof loadcell and washdown to IP66.  The Unique open desin stainless load cell offers trouble free weighing with increased performance and reliability while ensuring maximum protection against damage and  abuse in extremely hostile and wet environments.

Due diligence and Trading Standards compliance data is transmitted direct to your Production or QA PC as a  PDF file via wireless Bluetooth, Wi Fi or cable Ethernet. Optionally we can print to the AP Bluetooth tally roll printer. The CS range can be networked via the AP Opus Checkweigher & Scale management network hooking up the CS C80, Bilwinco Multiheads and any other on line static portion weighing system.

CS C80 has a multitude of different specification configurations to meet all applications – capacity, accuracy, belt size, speed, reject device, holding bins, supermarket compliance etc. etc.-  All machines are assembled to order around the plug and build concept to ensure each machine is tailored to exactly meet customers needs.
