Two new Aja Weigh Graders for Suffolk Duck Producer

A major UK producer and packer of fresh whole duck and portions based in Suffolk supplying major UK Supermarkests and Foodservice customers has updated its recently acquired new packing plant with 2 new Aja CSG Flexiweigh Weigh Graders.

Flexibility and portability were key factors in the buying decision, plus the ability to operate in a tough hostile and wet environment  reliably, day in, day out. With a wide range of product and pack specs both Graders are designed to cover all production requirements without any major changeovers.

Each Grader has the ability to fill both large foodservice poly bags and bulk trays and boxes with different specs and cuts as and when required during the day with a mix of batching bins and bag holders on the discharge conveyor.

The Aja Flexiweigh CSG 8 station ‘Compact’ and 8 station ‘Classic’ Graders were designed, one as a two piece single sided and the other as  one piece double sided small footprint machine .The CSG’s are fabricated in marine quality stainless steel, IP67, designed for the toughest of environments.

Aja delivered on time to a tight schedule and carried out a trouble free installation over 1 weekend. From day one the Graders have operated trouble free, another satisfied Aja customer.
