Sales Associate - Partner
In order to take advantage of exciting new market opportunities and new product developments with both long established and new customers the company is now looking to improve its market penetration by significantly expanding its UK sales coverage.
We seek to appoint 3 or 4 new Sales Associates to cover; The South, The North of England, East Anglia and Scotland. These are unique sales appointments offering an immediate equity stake in the business and a genuine opportunity to grow our business in these regions with a high degree of operational autonomy.
Reporting to the MD and backed by a strong team of Technical and Product specialists new Sales Associates will be responsible for developing new business with both new and long established customers. Whilst at the same time coordinating in house resources to ensure customer service levels are met, maintained and improved.
Candidates must be true sales professionals with an established track record in sales of capital equipment and systems in the food industry with medium to long term sales cycles. A background in weighing or machinery sales to the fresh food sector would be a major asset though this is not critical.
