Aja MASTERCARE maintenance service contracts offer guaranteed fast track nationwide on-site preventative maintenance, service, repair, calibration and technical support throughout the UK, Ireland and Low Countries

We offer a range of Aja MASTERCARE  Contract options designed to meet the varying needs and budgets of our  customers.

 
MASTERCARE Planned Preventative Maintenance Contrats

AJA MASTERCARE PLANNED MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS  are in our opinion the  very best all round scale service and maintenance package. MASTERCARE PLANNED guarantees our customers a fixed number of engineer  visits per annum. This can be 2, 4, 6, 12 or or 24 visits . During each visit our engineers will overhaul, service and maintain on a planned structured basis all the scales on the your schedule. Thus preempting failures, breakdowns and costly downtime during the year. During 2 of the planned visits we will undertake full test and calibration of all scales on the schedule and issue a verifiable calibration certificate

As a contract customer we will of course attend any other breakdown, operational or training problem with priority next day service wherever possible. Charging for travel, repair time and spares at preferential Mastercare rates.

MASTERCARE Star Service Contract

A range of Call Out based service contracts offering differing levels of cover to suit individual customers needs and budgets.

3 STAR ***

A piece of mind service contract covering as many visits to site our customers require during the year. Actual repair time and spare parts are chargeable at normal rates subject to your OK at the time. No call out or travel charges with  guaranteed contract customer level of response and service. Next day response if required Monday to Friday with weekends by arrangement. Includes 2 bi annual certificated calibration visits per annum in June/July & Jan/Feb.

1  or 2 STAR *   **

A formal CALIBRATION only contract. All scales as per schedule are tested adjusted and calibrated 2 times per annum in June/July and Jan/Feb. Fully certified calibration certificate are issued after each calibration visits.  Any additional repairs or maintenance required at the time of the calibration visit will be charged spares and repair time only at preferential Mastercare rates.

4 STAR  ****

A totally inclusive scale service contract covering as many visits to site our customers require during the year inclusive of all call out, travel and repair charges. Excluding spare parts which are chargeable. Guaranteed contract customer level of response and service. Next day response if required Monday to Friday with weekends by arrangement. Includes 2 bi annual certificated calibration visits per annum in June/July and Jan/Feb. 

5 STAR   ****

The total all inclusive package for software and weighing systems, covering  as many visits to site to attend to both hardware and software issues as the customers requires. Inclusive of all call out, travel and repair charges, plus online telephone, fax, email and modem support. Excluding spare parts which are chargeable.  Guaranteed contract customer level of response and service. Next day response if required Monday to Friday with weekends by arrangement. Includes 2 bi annual certificated calibration visits per annum in June/July & Jan/Feb.

MASTERCARE ON LINE

A software and program support contract only for  on line: fax, email, modem and  telephone help, advice instruction and training to resolving software and programming issues.

As a MASTERCARE customer you will always enjoy preferential status and priority service. We endeavor on all occasion to be on site the next day if required. Providing the  call is booked before midday.  Service visits are carried out Monday through Friday. Weekends and bank holidays by prior  arrangement.
