Fully Washdown, all Stainless Steel Designed for the rigors of the food industry the CS C80 is a truely rugged machine which will perform trouble free in the toughest of hostile and wet environments. Fully washdown to IP66, fabricated in stainless steel with a unique open stainless load cell for trouble free weighing and easy maintenance. Increased performance and reliability with maximum protection against damage and abuse.

Compliance
Due diligence and Trading Standards compliance data is transmitted direct to your Production or QA PC as a PDF file via wireless Bluetooth, Wi Fi or cable Ethernet. Optionally we can print to the AP Bluetooth tally roll printer. The CS range can be networked via the AP Opus Checkweigher & Scale management network hooking up the CS C80, Bilwinco Multiheads and any other on line static portion weighing system.

Accuweigh AGS

Manual Speaking Grading Scale

A unique speaking Grader, an easy to use and very fast system for manual hand grading of either large difficult to handle product or as an entry level or back up Grader.

Each time a piece is placed on the weigh pan or taken off the AGS instantly tells the operator which grade it is. Can be used by placing one piece on pan at a time or in takeaway mode, by placing whole basket or box of fish or product on pan and taking away one at a time and placing into designated box or crate. Each time the piece is removed the AGS tells the Operator Grade 1, Grade 3, Grade 4 etc.
